Power Trowel, also known as power float, is a hand-operated machine used to produce a smooth, dense and level surface finish to insitu concrete beds. Power floating eliminates the time and materials needed to apply a finishing screed and is quicker and less labour-intensive process than hand trowelling.
Waterproofing is the process of making an object or structure waterproof or water-resistant so that it remains relatively unaffected by water or resisting the ingress of water under specified conditions. Water resistant and waterproof often refer to penetration of water in its liquid state and possibly under pressure.
Concrete repair is the process of fixing a hardened concrete surface that over time has lost the ability to hold the binding concrete materials together due to damage or environmental exposure. Concrete repair is appropriate for cracks, physical impacts, chipped out surfaces or surface scaling.
Concrete Imprint, also known as stamped concrete, is concrete that is patterned and / or textured or embossed to concrete resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile, wood, and various other patterns and textures. Stamped concrete is commonly used for patios, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, and interior flooring. The ability of stamped concrete to resemble other building materials makes stamped concrete a less expensive alternative to using those other authentic materials such as stone, slate or brick.
Epoxy & Polyurethane (PU) flooring are mostly used for industrial flooring around the world.
Epoxy floor systems are commonly used in heavy-duty industries, warehouses, logistics and heavy-duty general manufacturing. Whenever there are operations that involve heavy vehicle movements, for instance, forklifts, epoxy floor coatings are considered.
Polyurethane floor coatings, on the other hand, are more flexible and therefore more scratch resistant. PU flooring can also absorb impact much better than epoxy flooring. As PU flooring is more flexible, they are a good choice for substrates that are more flexible or cause vibrations, multi-storey carparks. The flexibility of PU coating can also act as a waterproofing layer in order to prevent concrete (substrate) cracks to move through the coating and appear on the top surface.
